Plenty Of Seats Up Front For Bachmann’s ‘Standing-Room Only Crowd’

Staffers for Rep. Michele Bachmann jumped the gun a bit this evening and sent out out a press release claiming — over 30 minutes before she took the stage — that she spoke before a “standing-room only crowd at the Values Voter Summit.”

Now that she’s taken the stage, TPM can officially report there’s plenty of room up front. Here’s a photo we snapped just as Bachmann took the stage.

Late update: Some seats are filling in, but there’s still plenty of room. Here’s the scene at 8:17 p.m.
