The birther wars continue. Orly Taitz, birther queen of California, personally filed a complaint in New Hampshire on Saturday that challenged President Obama’s U.S. citizenship and argued for his removal from the state’s ballot, reports the Concord Monitor.
New Hampshire’s electoral governing body, the Ballot Law Commission, turned down the complaint in a public hearing via 5-0 vote. It got pretty ugly shortly thereafter.
“Traitors!” screamed the members of the attending public. “Treason!”
“You have no decency! You have no honesty! You’re committing treason!”
The group of birthers, which included several New Hampshire state representatives, erupted after the decision, shouting at the commission attorneys as they tried to exit the hearing room. Another state representative apparently suggested committee members should cover their face with a mask if they ever found themselves in his district.
In her own report posted here, Orly Taitz assailed the commission as corrupt, citing as evidence the fact that all its members were Democrats.
“The level of corruption was unbelievable,” Taitz said. “We found out that all five members of the committee are Democrats. As I was presenting all of the evidence, people were listening and getting more and more angry.”
If indeed all members of the commission were Democrats, New Hampshire would have a major legal problem. Except Brad Cook, the chair of the commission, is a prominent Republican.

Stop! There is no mystery about the two birth certificates, the the certificate and certification or whatever your quibble is.
The short form is the one people get when they ask for their birth certificate. The Obama campaign posted it online to answer rumor that his middle name was Mohammed a rumor that preceded the birther one. No it is not one for 'doorstep babies' or those born elsewhere. It is the regular, legal document that anyone born in Hawaii would get.
The long form is stored at public health department and can be viewed but not released, not even to the person. Obama had to get a waiver for the exception of getting a copy.
Everyone born in Hawaii at that time DOES have both, the long form at public health and the short form that is their legal birth document.
You forgot to say how the news clipping from the time of his birth was phoned in by his grandmother or some other lie. In fact the information is never from family, it is directly and only from from the Department of Health.
And no he did not spend all that money (amount accused of varies) regarding birth certificate. 2 million was the total of legal fees during the campaign, not out of line for any campaign.

No, I was born in New Jersey. I have a birth certificate. It doesn't list my doctor's name or any other information except the date and location (including hospital name) of my birth. But the certificate wasn't issued by the state. Rather, the certificate was issued by the County of Bergen, and signed by the Commissioner of Vital Statistics.
I have used this certificate to get a driver's licence and to register to vote in 3 different states, though never in New Jersey. I've used it to get a marriage licence, obtain mortgages, and to be issued a US Passport.
It may not look like yours, or even like an "authentic one" you find "on the google," unless you or that "authentic person" were born in Bergen County NJ in the late sixties. And, oddly enough, because laws (as well as standards of printing) evolve over time, it may not look like one from my older or younger brothers.
But, keep of the zany birtherism. It keeps you from competing with the rest of us for the good jobs.

cc4117 I have two different birth certificates. Actually three if you count the one lost during my move across the country. The two I do have don't look anything alike. One was issued at my birth from the hospital. One is issued by the state where I was born and is an official state document.
The last certificate of live birth of Obama's that was published to the internet was issued by the state of Hawaii, and every citizen can obtain one from the state they were born in.
Sorry if you don't like it, but I really can't see the Obamas and the state of Hawaii and the FBI (who does background checks on government employees) all conspiring to pretend that Obama was born in the US so that he could get elected president 48 years later.

Thank you for the insight- I too have gotten several BC's over the last 40 years- they are not the same format (thanks to computers), but the facts all match and the certificate #'s all match. Obama's two BC, do not match- we can't match up the document numbers, because the first one in 2008 had that blacked out- why? And Obama has never personally claimed it to be his anyway- to my knowledge- it just showed up. Please correct me, if anyone can find a first person statement from Obama, where he says this is my BC and it is the real McCoy. - Please spend a full week looking, like I did. The only thing that matters is why Hawaii issues BC's with two different wordings- Certificate and Certification and the legal reasons why they are different. It seems to be a crime nowadays to ask questions of government officials.

In 2008 someone released (not Obama personally) his BC- a CERTIFICATION of live birth- we know now that is what Hawaii issues when you weren't born in a Hawaiian hospital- doorstep babies, foreigners- get this one. Then on April 27th Obama's lawyers (not Obama) release a CERTIFICATE of live birth- this is what you get when you are born in a Hawaiian hospital. Well, something is sure fishy! You can't have both types- you were either born in a Hawaiian hospital, or not- which is it.? regardless- one Obama BC is a forgery or they are both forgeries, but they both can't be valid. $2 million dollars has been spent by Obama's lawyers to keep original Obama identity documents from being examined. Money tells the truth. You know what else is suspect? The 2008 Obama BC has the document number blacked out! No way to compare the 2011 BC number with the one in 2008- those numbers should match!
