Herman Cain On That China Comment: Once Again, I Misspoke (VIDEO)

Herman Cain has trouble getting things out right the first time. And the latest example of a classic Cain misspeak apparently came earlier this week when Cain said pretty clearly that China doesn’t have nuclear capability.

“I may have misspoke,” Cain told the Daily Caller. “What I meant was China does not have the size of the nuclear capability that we have.”

So now we can add China to the pantheon of classic Cain misspeaks, that includes ‘I didn’t mean what I said about the Palestinian right of return’ and ‘I didn’t mean it when I said I’d release the prisoners from Gitmo.’
