Amidst all the verbiage and showmanship of a State of the Union address it’s often hard to come away with just one clear nugget. After all, the President outlines his agenda for the coming year, and tries to impart a nuanced vision that merges both policy details and abstract aims for the country’s future.
Unless you’re of a particular political persuasion, that is, in which case you listened to the speech and came away with one thing: CLASS WARFARE!
