On Day 2 Of ‘Colbert Super PAC Hostage Crisis’, Colbert Pleads: ‘Give Recklessly’

Stephen Colbert

Stephen Colbert earlier this week ended his bid to be President of South Carolina. And now that he isn’t a candidate, he wants his super PAC back from its “evil stepfather, Jon Stewart.”

So Tuesday marked day 2 of what many are calling the “Colbert super PAC hostage crisis,” Colbert said. “I just cannot imagine how scared my money must be right now.”

So Colbert asked anyone who is able to comfort his money by sending more of itself. “Give recklessly,” Colbert pleaded.
