By our count, 19 countries got a shout-out on stage during the final presidential debate in Boca Raton, Fla., Monday night. Not surprisingly Israel and Iran each got a lot of discussion in the debate, which was focused on foreign policy. More surprising was Mali getting a lot of shoutouts, too — 4, according to this transcript.
