Vice President Joe Biden made an appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman” on Thursday, to present the top 10 reason to vote early.
Why vote early? It’s “vastly more effective” than voting late, there’s an open bar and early voters will receive a $5 million donation from Donald Trump, Biden said.
